Claire leads the Customer and Membership Contact Centres for Co-op.During her time at Co-op Claire and her Team have transformed the Operation receiving many awards including a European Contact Centre Award for Strategic Improvement and the UK Individual award for Dispute resolution professional of the year. A highly engaging leader who has set up, led and directed many large inbound and outbound teams across a variety of business sectors including organisations such as GE Capital Bank, Virgin Media, BT and Homeserve. Claire is a board member of the CCMA and regularly speaks at Customer Conferences to share best practice across the Industry.
