Lucy StringeHead of Customer Services
Lucy joined TNT April 2004 as a Customer Service Representative, and after 1 year in the role moved into a Service Role before venturing into a Major Account Role dealing with 6 very different accounts but building great relationships with her customers it was from here that she discovered a real passion and natural ability to resolve customer queries taking her experience into the Customer Resolution Team in January 2016. Lucy is truly passionate and motivated about her work and is always eager to connect with both external and internal customers. Lucy enjoys all aspects of her job but is very focused on providing a first class customer experience by resolving any queries, complications or concerns that may arise. The knowledge gained has shaped her ability to adapt quickly, work efficiently and work effectively as part of a dynamic team or on her own. Lucy received an award in October 2016 for Service Champion for leading by example in great customer care, Lucy is a brilliant example to others demonstrating excellent Customer Service. Lucy lives in a small village called Polesworth which is a short distance away from TNT Atherstone, and has been married to Lea for 7 years who is also part of the TNT family working in our sortation HUB for the past 18 years. They have one son Harry who is a bright boy in his last year of Junior School and destined for great things, Harry’s passion is Rugby which the family follow most weekends.
